Welcome to Wise Preschool
We are family-owned and operated preschools, specialising in the early years development of children from 2.5 years of age. What makes Wise Preschool unique is our warm, family-oriented atmosphere. We take pride in building strong relationships with families and fostering a sense of belonging for every child.
With three welcoming locations in Carine, Duncraig and Dianella, we provide a nurturing environment, personalised attention, and an engaging play-based program to spark a lifelong love of learning.
Preschool Room
Our Preschool Room supports children in building independence, developing social skills, and achieving Pre-Kindy learning outcomes in preparation for school. In a nurturing environment, children learn and grow at their own pace while forming positive relationships and gaining confidence for the next stage of their journey.
Grounded in play-based, open-ended learning, our program encourages children to develop skills naturally and joyfully. Through imaginative play and hands-on experiences, they build critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities, often without even realising they’re learning.
Class Size: 20–25 children
Ages: 2.5 – 3.5 years
Curriculum: Early Years Learning Framework & National Quality Standards, with a focus on Pre-Kindy learning outcomes
Educators: 1 Classroom Teacher and 3 Education Assistants
Kindy Room
Our Kindy Room mirrors the model you’ll find in a school Kindy classroom, providing continuity for children who attend Kindy at school but require additional care on other days. This room is designed to complement their school learning, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience in a familiar educational environment.
It’s also the perfect setting for children born in July – October who have just missed the school Kindy cut-off. Our Kindy program supports children to consolidate school-based skills, develop confidence, and foster independence, while enjoying a rich, play-based learning environment.
Class Size: 15–20 children
Ages: 3.5 – 5 years
Curriculum: Early Years Learning Framework & National Quality Standards, aligned with WA Kindergarten Curriculum Guidelines
Educators: 1 Classroom Teacher and 1 Education Assistant

Carine
Wise Preschool Carine, opened in 2017 as our inaugural service, is nestled among the residential homes of Carine, offering a welcoming, home-like environment. The centre features extra-large classrooms and a beautiful outdoor play area set among the trees, providing children with space to explore, learn, and grow in a nurturing and inspiring setting.
Duncraig
Wise Preschool Duncraig is purpose-built with carefully considered architectural design, featuring open, bright classrooms and a dedicated Kindy room with outdoor balcony play spaces. The centre provides thoughtfully designed learning environments that inspire curiosity and foster a sense of belonging for every child.
Dianella
Opening in early 2026, Wise Preschool Dianella is a purpose-built centre in the heart of the community, surrounded by family homes and leafy parks. With bright classrooms and engaging outdoor play areas, it offers a warm, nurturing environment that inspires curiosity and supports meaningful early learning for local families.
