Above and Beyond in Staffing & Ratios
Our low child-to-educator ratios exceed licensing requirements, supporting strong relationships and a calm learning environment. With consistent rostering, no reliance on external relief staff, and low staff turnover, children are supported by familiar educators who truly know them.
